This hotel really exceeded my expectations. the value for money was outstanding - I couldn't believe how affordable it was for such a pleasant stay. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, like providing a fan on a hot day and ensuring the room was cool and comfortable. Lastly, the location was ideal - situated in a quiet industrial business park but still conveniently close to the town centre. a fantastic experience.
No improvements needed, everything was flawless.

The room was very comfortable and the bed was a good size not cramped as was one of your competitors on the previous night at another location.

Great location for exploring the local area with several shops and restaurants nearby. the staff were friendly, helpful, and more than willing to go the extra mile. Plus, the room was clean, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
The parking is limited and can be a bit of a hassle during peak times. the noise levels were a bit high at times, especially during the early hours of the morning, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

hotel fairly central to Hull, Cleethorpes, Mablethorpe, Scunthorpe and easy to get to as just off motorway.
because hotel was close to motorway and in an industrial estate, this made it a bit noisy early in the morning

The rate charged by Booked.net differed to the one the hotel charged, although after see evidence £6 was refunded. The staff were excellent. The room was clean and comfortable.
The only down side was the breakfast...which I'd hoped would be better than it actually was. The smell outside was also a bit off putting, but that I suppose is what it's like when you live in a fishing port.

This hotel ticks all the boxes for a comfortable stay. The staff are friendly and always go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. The rooms are spacious and kept clean, with a large flat screen TV for entertainment. The location just outside the town center is convenient, and being by the sea adds to the charm. Plus, it's easily accessible from the dual carriageway. The basic amenities provided are more than sufficient, and the breakfast is delicious.
No improvements needed - everything was perfect!

We used the hotel as a weekend base whilst visiting an aging relative. The standards of Premier we have always found very good and the location by the main road coming into town was easy to find.Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful and English.Food in the restaurant next door was good and the staff, again, helpful and friendly. Room was spotless, quiet and comfortable. We will use again!

The hotel was faultless and I would recommend anyone to stay there. The facilities on the Grimsby site is excellent with a play area inside the restaurant, playground outside, ideal for all the family. I was extremely impressed with politeness of all the staff and the food was also excellent within the restraurant. We had the all you can eat breakfast and everything was spot on. The location is just a 5 minute drive outside of Cleethorpes, perfect location if you are after the quieter surroundings on a seaside break. Definately made the Easter Break memorable!!
I would say that you can hear peoples footsteps on the room above especially if its kids that are jumping around, but this was not an issue with the hotel!!

Convenient location next to a great restaurant for good food and easy meals. , ample parking available with the added bonus of a large room suitable for disabled guests.
Upgraded WiFi didn't work on multiple devices and soft play is charged for, which seems unfair when staying and eating at the hotel.

You can guarantee that each visit will be the same, ie the standard of the rooms and the service from the staff.
That the 2nd bed for a child is a small pull out on the floor. With two tall children this bed can sometimes be uncomfortable for them. It would be better if you had either two double beds or a longer 2nd single bed

Clean, airy room with everything we needed. Reasonably quiet despite a lot of scooter bikers staying that weekend. Good location near main route into Grimsby which is a few minutes drive away.
Asked for a room on the upper floor when booking which we didn't get. Only two teabags provided on arrival. Would prefer real soap in bathroom. These things didn't spoil the stay though.

I had such a great experience at this hotel. The staff were absolutely wonderful, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and special. From the cheerful welcome by Beth, who even provided a thoughtful gesture to brighten our stay, to the friendly and funny interactions with Sonia and Emma, the service was top-notch.
Everything was just as good as expected.

Nothing was too much trouble. Friendly, clean, cost effective. We had a fab stay! Having the indoor and outdoor play areas made a huge difference.
My children wanted to play in the outdoor area in the morning but we were unable to because the site inspection was not carried until 12pm. I understand health and safety has to be followed, but out of term time and at busy times it would be better to try and do this earlier.
